What you get with Campbell’s
Two visits a year do most of the heavy lifting for a property. A spring cleanup clears winter debris so growth starts clean; a fall cleanup gets leaves off the lawn before they smother it over winter.
Leaves left down through an Ohio winter mat, hold moisture and kill grass in patches. Clearing them is the difference between a lawn that comes back in April and one that needs repair.
It is also the least fun weekend work there is, which is why most of our maintenance customers hand it straight to us.

What’s the difference between a spring and a fall cleanup?
A spring cleanup clears winter debris and preps beds so the season starts clean. A fall cleanup is mostly about getting leaves off the lawn and cutting things back before winter. Most properties benefit from both.
When should each one be scheduled?
Spring cleanups happen as things thaw and before growth takes off. Fall cleanups are best once most leaves are down but before the first hard freeze. We will get you on the schedule at the right point.
Do I need to be a maintenance customer?
No. Cleanups are available as one-off jobs, though maintenance customers usually just add them to their existing schedule.
