Campbell’s Lawn Care (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a lawn care and landscaping business based in Seville, Ohio. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

The short version

We collect what we need to give you a quote and do the work. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, we do not run analytics software on it, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, you fill in a form that is operated on our behalf by Jobber, the scheduling and customer management software we run the business on. Depending on what the form asks, that can include:

• Your name
• Your service address
• Your email address and phone number
• The services you are interested in
• A preferred date or time for us to come out
• Anything else you choose to type into the form, including any photos you upload

You can also reach us by phone, text or email instead. If you do, we keep whatever you tell us for the same reasons described below.

Information collected automatically

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which is normal for any website. Those logs typically record IP addresses, browser type, which pages were requested and when. We use them only for security and to keep the site running.

We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics software on this site, and we do not use advertising or retargeting pixels.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. WordPress, the software this site runs on, may set a cookie if you leave a comment or log in to an account, neither of which applies to normal visitors.

The quote request form is embedded from Jobber and loads from their servers. Jobber may set its own cookies or similar technologies inside that form. Their handling of your information is governed by Jobber’s own privacy policy, which is linked at the bottom of this page.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and prepare a quote
• To schedule, perform and follow up on work at your property
• To invoice you and keep normal business records
• To contact you about your service, including reminders and schedule changes
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations

If we ever want to send you marketing that you did not ask for, we will ask first, and every such message will include a way to stop receiving them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services we need to run the business:

• Jobber, which hosts the quote form and stores our customer and scheduling records
• Our web hosting provider, which operates the servers this site runs on
• Our accountant, insurer or legal advisors where genuinely necessary
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with, such as in response to a lawful request

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and after that for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, insurance and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your choices

• You can ask us what information we hold about you
• You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• You can ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep
• You can ask us to stop contacting you

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and the services we use are established commercial products with their own security practices. That said, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This site links to our Google Business Profile and to the Jobber form. Once you follow a link off this website, that other company’s privacy policy applies rather than ours.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be posted here rather than sent individually.
